This PR moves ScalarDB Analytics–related docs to different sections. The contents of those docs are either more sample-related or reference related, so those docs have been moved to the appropriate sub-categories.

Changes made

• Moved the guide for getting started with ScalarDB Analytics to the Develop > Reference > Analytics sub-category (for 3.13).
• Moved the guide for running analytical queries by using ScalarDB Analytics with PostgreSQL to the Develop > Run Sample Applications sub-category (for 3.14, 3.13, and 3.12).
